The Business

Welcome to Strategic Charm Boutique. Strategic Charm aims to help entrepreneurs take their blog or business to new heights. Let me help you grow your business with a collection of creative tactics designed to help you connect your brand to your target audience, leading to an increase in sales, engagement, and community.

Being a fierce female entrepreneur, you don’t always have the time to promote your products and services effectively, and you might not have the funds to hire someone long term to coordinate your marketing and social media needs. Working with Strategic Charm can help you achieve short-term goals that can turn into long-term achievements without breaking the bank.

Throughout university, college, and my career in the corporate world, I’ve developed marketing campaigns encompassing both on and offline tactics. I’ve planned and executed a number of different events such as fashion shows, golf tournaments, and galas. And, I’ve created a variety of social media strategies and campaigns leading to growths in audience engagement.

You have a lot on your plate. You’re developing products, carrying out services, and you’re trying to juggle a million things at once. Let Strategic Charm take some of your daily tasks off your hands so you can start working smarter, not harder.

The Woman Behind the Business

Just a Manitoba girl living in an Alberta world. Hi! I’m Charmaine, a Creative Communications graduate currently working as a corporate event planner and communications coordinator by day, and a hustling girl boss by night. And on weekends. And on my lunch breaks during the week.

I’m a proud Canadian who has moved from the prairies to the mountains, but who knows where my next move will take me. I love to travel and look forward to eventually exploring my roots and visiting a few different countries in Africa. I also really want to go on a nice long trip to Australia, but I’m not sure how well I’ll be able to handle their massive spiders. Have you seen the size of those things? Eww!

Ever since I was a kid I knew I wanted to build my own business from the ground up. The type of business I wanted to run changed numerous times from a babysitting business, to a bakery, to a photography studio. But running my own communications firm is something I’ve dreamed of for a long time. I’m obsessed with social media, I love planning events, and the world of marketing is extremely interesting to me, and is a world I’m happy to be a part of. I’ve always seen myself as a strong independent woman with big goals, and so far I’ve achieved a lot. But my journey is far from over. In fact, my journey is just beginning.
